Ordered a treadmill online and it was delivered quickly but unfortunately the box looked as if it had been dropped from a 2nd floor window and then kicked around the courier company's warehouse.
The delivery driver was great, he advised me that the packaging was damaged (and the company had tried to 'mend' the box by covering it in their branded sticky tape) and advised me to check it throughly and reject if I was not happy.
I immediately rejected it, and it was taken back. I contacted UK Sports Imports straight away (which unfortunately took over 10 mins of hanging on the phone being told by a robot that I was No.1 in the queue) but when I got through the service was wonderful and I was told a replacement would be with me in the next 4 days.
I have not received it yet so fingers crossed........
