A few months ago, I ordered several items. I received the shipment and, days later, I read the packing slip and realized an item was missing. I sent an email to Probikekit advising of the missing item. They did not require an affidavit and they apologized. The item was backordered and I had the choice of a refund or a credit. I chose the credit. Last week, I ordered an item and used the store credit. No issues or problems. I will always recommend my cycling friends to check out Probikekit for equipment.
