My experience is based on ordering a skype phone.
The order process and receiving the product went well. Unfortunately the product was faulty and I wanted to return it. To return it I had to write back and forth with 3 different people, everytime receiving a "please rate our service" mail from them, which was annoying. When I returned my product to them I had to wait almost a month until they confirmed receiving my item and additional 5-7 working days before confirming that it was faulty. Furthermore I also had to pay the return fee with the postal service.
Now I have received my replacement product, it works, and therefore I give them 3 out of 5
