The customer service team couldn't have been more helpful. I wanted some accessories for a Joolz pram but wasn't too sure of the colour so asked for advice. I placed an order which was despatched the same day. Excellent service. Sadly the courier, DPD, royally messed up and held the parcel in its central hub for 3 days.
I want to rate 5 stars, but the courier experience makes it a 4.
....we're sorry but there wasn't enough space on the truck for the donor organ so we left it at the hub. It will be delivered as soon as we can be bothered!
So what's my issue? My next day delivery parcel arriving 4 days after ordering despite being despatched on May 9th. What excuse did DPD come up with? They ran out of space on the truck so the parcel of parts for my 8 week old baby's pram sat in the hub, sorry, should that be "sortation facility", for 3 days....lucky parcel. Not so lucky 8 week old who didn't get to enjoy the weekend outside in his pram!
