About a week ago I tried to buy a voucher from this site and the payment wasn't possible (it said error when trying to process my card and supposedly no money was taken, also in my profile still says "you haven't purchased any woucher yet". ). I later found out the money WAS taken from my account (twice) and of course contacted immediately. It's now been well over 3 working days and I am yet to get a response (and my money back).

I am very disappointed with the service and of course I (and all of my friends) won't be using this site again.

We aim to respond to all emails within 3 working days however on occasion it can take a little while longer, we would suggest that customers allow 5 working days to ensure we have the opportunity to answer them fully.

We have checked your account and you should have received an email with an update already today.
