Although the slight mishap originally with one of the tech support employees, I would like to apologise to OcUK after my review, James (The returns manager) got into contact with me and told me to come into store for a replacement, I went this morning, James offered me a refund or a new part, apologised on whomever the technician was behalf and helped me out into what I could do with my new system recomending me to the forums for help on overclocking when it comes to it, I'd personally say if you have any trouble tech wise ask for James, such a polite and nice bloke and willing to help you out.
