I switched from Npower to British gas. What an absolute farce! I was told British gas would take care of everything. Nightmare from start to finish, needless to say thank god for the cooling off period, I'am now back with Npower. Customer service was shocking at best.
Struggling to cope with running a home after the birth of my twins I was at my wits end. I'am very house proud but this was not a problem for Maid2Clean, they were very sympathetic to my needs. After meeting the first cleaner they sent, I didn't feel she was right for me. I discussed this with the agency who promptly sent me another cleaner, they wanted to get it right from the offset. I fully intended letting my cleaner go after I finished maternity leave but I'm pleased to say 3 years on and she is still with us. I don't know how I ever coped without her! I have in the past and will continue to do so in the future recommend Maid2Clean without a hesitation. Friendly, efficient and understanding staff.
