Order placed on June 15th for toilet and basin set, with an expected in stock date of July 4th, with payment taken immediately. I received an e-mail on July 2nd stating the itmes wouldn't be in stock until around July 19th. I replied saying that was too late for me as my builder is due to start work week commencing 15th July and I requested a refund of monies paid. I've had no reply to that e-mail or to thecompany's customer services website form and telephoning is a waste of time and money as you are just held up in a queue due to operators being busy (must be all their disgruntled customers). I have just checked my credit card account and a refund is yet to be made. THE ABOVE HAS BEEN RESOLVED SATISFACTORILY.
Items received too late for the purpose required and returned immediately. I tracked the parcel and could see they were received at the warehouse on 3rd June. Today is the 16th June and my credit card account has still not been refunded the £145.67 charged.
Pre-arranged delivery of washing machine today. Waited in all day, phoned KNOWHOW at 6pm to be told the company I purchased from didn't have the item in stock. Phoned the company in question to be told the machine had left them and was with KNOWHOW and that they'll chase it up with them tomorrow morning. I won't name the company I purchased from as they are not at fault and indeed have been very helpful.
