I ordered a Nikon D5000 which said it was in stock and would be delivered within 5 working days.
When the delivery day passed I contact JOAG to see where the order was and was. No response. I contacted them again 2 days later and was finally informed that the item was out of stock and could not be delivered for approx 2 weeks.
I agreed with JOAG to cancel the order and they agreed to refund the order in full immediately. All was good at this point.
A week later I contacted them again to see where the refund was. No response. I contacted them again 3 days later. No response. I contacted them a third time and promised that the refund would be processed that day. It didn't happen. I contacted them again 2 days later to be told the same story. Again it didn't happen!
Eventually I had to file a dispute with paypal and get my money back that way...
