I was really impressed with the customer service I received.
I was contacted the day after ordering the furniture to arrange delivery and given a choice of days too (not just one date / one day of the week, as other companies do). I also received updates via text from Oakland Furniture such as reminders about delivery with the option to change it if necessary.
