First class online shopping experience

Good value backed up by quick delivery and easy returns. Best online golf retailer I've used.


Poor processes and terrible communication.

Item had still not been delivered over two weeks after order placed. Email query was not responded to at all and when I telephoned during advertised opening hours, message advised closed! Eventually got to speak to someone who advised that an expected stock delivery hadn't arrived. This means that orders were being taken for stock that wasn't available which I find unacceptable and bad practice. Surely someone should have let me know. They arranged for free next day delivery but overall experience was very poor.
