I tried skinny sprinkles when nothing else had worked for me. I was desperate to get into my bridesmaids dress and thought is give it a go. I only drank 2 a day as I felt full enough without the recommended 3rd drink. I drank one in the morning and had porridge for breakfast, and one at lunch time with a jacket potatoe with filling or a salad. I also had an eve meal, usually healthy. The best part was that I no longer felt the need to snack in between and I had a lot of energy when drinking it. I usually find losing weight difficult due to the cravings for food and large portions but skinny sprinkles really helped me feel full so therefore no more cravings. It was particularly interesting to see the results I had without having cravings for food whilst watching other work colleagues struggle through other diet methods. Its the best, most effective way I have found to lose weight and I will definitely be continuing to use skinny sprinkles until I reach my goal.
