Dont even deserve the one star

i bought a wowcher voucher for a hotel stay, due to unforeseen circumstances i no longer need the voucher . the very next day after booking the voucher i wrote an email to enquires, returns and customer services explaining why i no longer need this...

A week and 2 days later plus an additional 2 emails, i have still not received a response from anyone in wowcher, or my refund! i am well within my 7 day return/ cancellation period/duration. Yet they say someone will be in touch within 3 days...Lies

Trying to call them is even harder.

I Will never use this website again nor will i ever recommend their services to anyone in fact i'm going to make sure no one i know ever uses their site... Groupon are a lot more honest about the way they operate and are 100 times easier to communicate with.

And if within the next few days i do not receive a refund and or a response from wowcher my lawyer will be in touch.

We normally aim to respond to customer emails withing 3 working days of receipt, but on occasions can take a little longer.

We have picked up your email today and subsequently we can see that you were within the allotted time period for a refund and this has been issued back to your payment method.

Please allow 5-7 working days for this to show back in your account.
