We ordered 2 tickets ( on 26th of March ) and paid Auslandsversand. After 4 weeks we decided to contact customer care (Czech Republic is not so far away Germany, so 4 weeks should be enough) and ask them by e-mail about our tickets. Surprisingly, no answer. We sent our E-mail again and no answer again! So we phoned and someone told us that our tickets were send on 11th of April to the Address which was in order ( Correct address!) and that we have to wait. Than we got e-mail answer, that our tickets were send on 26th of March!!!
In this moment I started to be a little angry :)
So I wrote to the customer service, that we don´t care when were our tickets send but that we want to have them! (we have to book hotel in Belrin to arrange holiday and so on!!) and NO ANSWER again!!!!
So I phoned them today and it was really to much for me. Some young Lady told me that we have to wait and that maybe our tickets will come back to Germany and than we can pick it up in Berlin!!!! and if they won´t come back we have to buy new tickets!! plus some smart advices about complaining at our local post or "bigger" post in Czech Republic!
