I always feel the true test of good customer service is not when everything goes perfectly, but how a problem is dealt with.
There was an issue with my order (incorrect number of items dispatched and a quality issue with a reconditioned item) HOWEVER, these things DO happen on occasion wherever you shop, and i could not have been dealt with better!
After emailing Nursery Value, they very swiftly rectified the problem, the service was very polite and they did not quibble or make an issue of my complaint, they apologised and sent the correct items out straight away!
It was very nice to have a problem dealt with so well and without any difficulty!
I would be very happy to shop with them again in future, as although i feel my issue was a one-off 'blip', i also feel confident that if there ever were an issue they would be pleasant and hassle free to deal with!
My only slight niggle is that they are not contactable by telephone, which i prefer, but emails were quickly replied to so this was not a problem. All in all great customer service team.
