DO NOT go to wren for a new kitchen!!!
My kitchen turned up covered in glue, dirt, bits missing, damaged from delivery, hinges broken- delivery was a nightmare!!!
To top it off, they decided to change the kitchen interior from cream to black and didn't even bother telling me. When I questioned it, I was advised that they ALL came that way- errr so why does your showroom kitchen not have this attractive feature!!!
DO NOT USE- you're better off going to B&Q or Wickes!
The icing on the cake with a cherry on top is the managers don't want to know and really don't give a sh*t, you'll be advised that they'll contact you...then weeks of complete silence!!!
Is this the case at all their showrooms or just Beckton??
How to state this all in the nicest possible way!!!
I purchased a kitchen sink and tap for my mum as a gift- specifically bought for the dimensions stated on the website and for it having a bigger hole sink than my mums current one. First the order was lost, even though my PayPal payment had been taken. The sink did arrive quickly, but when the package was opened the sink was advertised with all the wrong dimensions. They were very apologetic though very slow and eventually arranged for the sink and tap to be collected by courier, this in itself was another nightmare as Yodel (the company) just didn't turn up at all on the first day. The second day, after spending ages on the phone rearranging the pickup myself, they turned up about 40 after their call out time of 9am to 7pm.
In the end I was just grateful that it had finally been picked up.
Now, I'm awaiting my refund for both items which I hope won't take too long, but who knows, it's been one heck of a nightmare this purchase.
One thing I do have to say is that the customer services chaps were always very polite and apologetic, just hope that there's an en to this tunnel very very soon!
