I love the clothes but the service is bad. The first time I ordered clothes from boohoo.com I was really satisfied. Free delivery and it took about 5 days before I accept it. That was good. The second time I ordered was 10 days after I received my first order. I had expectations because the first order went great but my expectations were wrong. After a week I saw that the shirt I ordered was not the same as the shirt that was shipped. The color was not a big issue but i thought it was weird. After 2 weeks when I tracked my order because I stil had not received it I saw my package was in new zealand. I dont know why it was in new zealand so I began to worry. I wrote an email to customer services. They respond after a day and they would find out where my package is. 1 week after I received that email from customer services I still had not received my order and Customer services did not contact me at all. I wrote an email that I was not pleased with their service and That I felt ignored as a customer. It took 2 days for th to respond and tell me to have more patience. A few days later I received my order. I loved the clothes but I am not pleased with their communication. I really felt ignored as a customer.
