The returns process was difficult and extremely cumbersome. The product I ordered was shipped only in a tyvek bag and arrived with a rip along one of the seams. Trying to return the item took number contacts with customer service and made me do all of the work for the return. After returning the item, they claimed they did not receive the item. Only after I provided proof of delivery did they acknowledge they finally received it but they had already had it for weeks. Also getting my return postage refunded was a nightmare. I am still waiting for my credit to be posted to my credit card. All of the responses were polite but offered no assistance nor apology. You can bet I will never order another item from this store as there are too many alternatives available today with excellent customer service and overall better experience.
