I am very sorry that you received such bad service. We took over the site in April 2009 and we have a much higher stock holding than the previous owners which means you get your goods in a much speedier fashion.
We aim to respond to all emails within 8 working hours and you receive tracking details of your order once it has left our warehouse.
As previouly mentioned I hope you received your money back via your credit card company.
