Worst warranty service in all my life

I purchased a car holder and charger for the htc one x, it was expansys own brand. Worked for a few months and then stopped charging. It took several attempts to call them and get a return number, they weren't interested and even tried telling me to return it to htc ! Despite it being their own branded item and not manufactured by htc
I eventually managed to return it sometime in February and now its May, 4 months later and still no sign of replacement or repair.
I contacted them a month ago and they said they were investigating it still. Aftersales service is the worst I have come across. The order id is included in the message heading, so when their 'caring' service team respond to this and ask for it, it should be included .

Still no refund, just an emailed credit note. No reply to an email querying this. I've given up and can't believe a company can be this bad!!!!
I also can't believe Peter Jones of Dragons Den runs his business like this and then gives business advice to others!
