I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, but after I contacted Plumbnation to tell them, they arranged to have the correct item sent and refunded me the price difference all within about seven working days. Customer services staff were knowledgeable about my order and efficient in their dealings with me. I would recommend them and would use them again. It is the mark of a caring and professional company when customer's mistakes are dealt with in such an exemplary manner.
