Hoping for next-day delivery, I was unable to obtain any info except " order being processed" when I tried using the order-tracking facility. I was then notified of a later delivery date ( when I would be away) and changed it. The new date was ignored and delivery took place when I was out!
Price and quality of product ( apart from a loose screw inside) was fine, but their order processing can only be decribed as lackadaisical and chaotic.

Thank you for your review, have you reviewed the correct company? We have investigated your order and we despatched and delivered within our advised timescales.
Your order was received on the 8th of May with an advised despatch time of 24-48 hours, it was despatched on the 9th of May and delivered on the 10th. It was left in the porch at the delivery address as per your instructions at the time you placed the order on the 10th in the advised one hour time slot. There is no record of the delivery date being amended?
The order tracking will state "in progress" until the order is actually despatched when an e-mail is sent with all the tracking details etc.
