I ordered my London Pass with Travel through the website. I received a confirmation email and the voucher concerning my order. Two days after I received a new email concerning the pass that the transaction has failed their authorisation procedures and therefore has had to be cancelled. I asked the customer service to order a new one but nobody answered me or helped me to understand the problem with my first order.
I was really disappointed about the company who was helpless! It was impossible for me to fnd a new ticket with the same price as the website.
