Customer service? What's that?

Ordered a parcel that still hadn't arrived after 2 weeks. I messaged them and they promptly said it was delivered/signed for and that's that.
I asked to see proof of delivery since i hadn't signed for it and they said they would get back to me.
2 weeks go by, nothing. Email again, they apologies and advised they would chase up the courier company.
another full month passes, I drop them an email saying I will assume my money and item are lost etc. They promptly replied with an image of the signiture which is a scribble that I've never seen before.
End of. No item. No refund. No gesture of goodwill. Nothing.
My friend since ordered some dresses and they felt like they were made of sweaty paper.

Great delivery, great product, great service!

Great selection to choose from, and once I selected my wellies and purchased them they were dispatched immediately and received 36 hours later! I was kept up to date during the picking and delivery process, and am very happy with the quality of the item.
I have no reservations in recommending this site, and will definitely return when I need anything they stock again!
