I booked a flight and they sent me the confirmation asap but not the e-ticket. I have less than 12 hours for the flight and a guy on call center told me that he would send me a link for paying for extra costs but he did not. I am trying to reach somebody on call center and "all agents are always occupied!" If they tell me SOMETHING, I am gonna book another flight but they just don't say anything CERTAIN.
I don't even know if they are gonna refund me if I cannot make the flight. Stay away!!
EDIT: They apologized for the inconvenience, told that the ticket price increased but that they would be paying for the additional cost (ALTHOUGH the possibility of incurring of additional costs are written in the Terms & Conditions and I had agreed to pay for extra costs) as an apology. So, we just got the e-ticket, made our reservation, the issue is totally resolved and we actually saved more than 50%. DO NOT STAY AWAY :))
