I was on a very long 12 month contract with Talk Talk & i wanted to have a party when that contract ended and i was able to go elsewhere! I would be amazed if businesses used Talk Talk , as they would be out of business in no time! The signal is hit & miss, the customer service is plain hard work & i can honestly say i would not use Talk Talk again, not even if they offered me Free internet & phone line rental for life!
I placed my order almost one month ago via Amazon and received confirmation that my tv cabinet was dispatched and would be arriving soon. I then get a phone call from Oakfurnitureland to say they do not deliver to Northern Ireland! It took them almost a month to tell me this & although the lady who phoned was very pleasant its just not good enough! I purchased from Oakfurniturekand before and had my item delivered then but i would never order from them again! I was also told on two separate occasions that someone would email me back with an answer to my queries but no one did! Poor service, poor communication & no idea of how to treat a customer.
Ive been forced to move to T-mobile after buying a Nokia Lumia 920 on ebay. Its locked to the T-mobile network & i must use my sim on their network for six months before they give me an unlock code! The phone signal is terrible, im unable to use the internet when out and about and the customer service is hell on earth! A truly appalling company. Its so bad that im buying another phone and just allowing my current phone to sit in a drawer and run down the 6 months needed to get my unlock code!

This company were a tremendous help & communicated with me brilliantly to fix my phone problems. They answered every question i had quickly and professionally. I would absolutely recommend Cellunlocker.net, i will certainly be putting them on my favourites list. 5/5
Royal Mail continue to let me down time after time! I constantly receive letters and payments via Royal Mail and some of them are as much as two weeks late! 1st class or 2nd class does not seem to make any difference, its just horrible slow and unreliable service from start to finish! My latest disappointment was a parcel that i posted within the uk, it was sent guaranteed signed for delivery and of course it arrived late! This company then expects you to be happy with a book of 6 stamps as compensation for dishing out constant and appalling service! The sooner this greedy & unreliable company is put out of business the better!

Electronicworldtv are an appalling company. They sell you broken and not fit for purpose electrical products and then do not give you a refund or even fix the faulty item! They do not answer e-mails & when you get them on the phone they just fob you off and never call back like they promise! Ive had to threaten legal action before i could get my money back! Even then it was months before they paid up! Avoid this cowboy outfit like the plague, they are nothing less than thieves!
I placed an order back in November and never heard a word from this company for a month. I contacted them asking where my order was? Was told it was out of stock! They took the payment immediately and didn't have the customer service or awareness to let me know my item was not even in stock! Its the 15th of January and i still haven't received my order. This time they are blaming the supplier! They do not communicate at all with customers and they obviously could not care less about us! I would never ever shop with this lot again. Appalling!
