I've used playtrade in the past to both buy and sell with no real problems but now I've had the misfortune to buy from a bad (or unlucky) seller whose item just didn't turn up although alledgedly sent by recorded mail. Tried to claim on Fairplay guarantee and use playtrade to put pressure on the seller (Richard360) but after 4 phone calls and several weeks I'm making zero progress. Shame on you playtrade - you've gone downhill.
