Glasses Direct

Excellent Glasses at an affordable price.

Having had an estimate of £80 for just replacement lenses from a high street opticians, I went onto the Glasses Direct website.

£95 for a Designer pair of Glasses with a second pair free seemed to good to be true.

Having placed the order I received progress updates via email & the Glasses arrived the day after dispatch.

I was well impressed with both pairs of glasses.

I have since recommended Glasses Direct to several clients & colleagues.

City Link

Worst Ever Courier Service- Beats Yodel !!

I arranged for City Link to collect a wheel/tyre in London on the 5th December 2013.

Their driver never made any attempt to collect & after being chased by the seller we arranged a further collection date for the 30th December 2013.

True to form City Link didn't turn up on the 30th but did on the 31st December 2013.

Then the parcel just disappeared & I thought that I would be making a claim.

Hopefully the parcel will be delivered tomorrow, just one month after I arranged collection.

I have used City Link regularly over the years, but never again after this experience.

The recent change of ownership seems to have marked a deterioration in their service.

Fabulous Service as Always - Everything that Yodel isn't

As always, first class reliable next day service. You have never failed to deliver a car battery next day for Battery Megastore. You are a winning partnership.

Could I suggest that you offer a consultancy service to Yodel for a substantial fee as they repeatedly fail to deliver on time.

YODEL - How are they still in business???

I placed an online order with Toolstation yesterday for delivery today.
Since I last ordered online, Toolstation have switched from Royal Mail to comedians Yodel.
The order which I required for tomorrow never showed up with Yodel today.
I have checked the Yodel online tracking which is a joke.
I have emailed Toolstation & cancelled my order as I am not prepared to wait until Yodel get around to delivering to me.
I will never again place an online order with Toolstation & you out there now also have been warned.
