I have received a notification via e-mail with the parcel number. The tracking says it is in the local depot in Canada as of May 10. But where is this local depot exactly? The tracking shows that my postal code has been misspelled. Your website provides phone numbers for customer services, but non of them can be reached from Canada!!!
This is my fourth attempt to contact DPD by the way. They previous three (via e-mail) have never been answered.
Please help. I need to get this parcel before May 17.
