Rentalcars
Efficient, polite and helpful.
Rentalcars was suggested to us by a friend in relation to value for money, he was not wrong. We decided to give them a try when our usual car hire company quote was 30% more expensive.
A little difficulty in accessing the hire car office at Faro due to the building works, but once there things ran smootly driving away within 30 mins. On returning the car, checking the vehicle and paperwork was about 15 mins.
A note of caution, because it was a first for us, we decided not to take out additional insurance and agreed to pay thelarge excess of about £800 should anything go wrong. Nothing did go wrong as we anticipated, however the company put a hold on the funds at the bank during our hire term. This took us a couple of days to work out when we returned home.
We will use Rentalcars again and the company in Portugal (Guerin) now we know the system. Everyone we dealt with via telephone and in person were efficient, polite and helpful.

Excellent, even tho I got it wrong!
I first used Superfoods approx 4 months ago, with the product being delivered to my parents address within 2 days. The service and product highly rated by parents.
Using Superfooduk again in the New Year I easily found the product required at an exceptionally reasonable cost. Having ordered I had a `moment' and used an incorrect address. The response from customer services was quick, clear and explained how this would be amended - however, between Superfooduk and the Post Office, the goods were delivered to my parents within the week.
Highly recommended.
