Rubbish! Don't bother, it's not worth the hassle!

I knew that I wasn't going to be in to receive my new phone and so asked it be left with a neighbour. I assumed that the fact I had left a note saying "Please leave with a neighbour at ..." would have been enough to show that they are trusted. But no, I found out at 12:45 that it hadn't been delivered. So I attempted to ring the customer services department (an 0845 number I might add) only to find out that the line is only open until 12pm on a Saturday! I spoke to my network provider and they had a line that was open to the courier- I was told that they said they would try to re-deliver today and leave it with a neighbour. Also they said I would receive confirmation either way within half an hour. I got nothing. So at 2:30 (an hour and a half after the first call) I spoke to my network again and was told that they hadn't even attempted re-delivery and that it just wasn't possible to leave it with a neighbour! 2 different stories! To make it worse they said that they couldn't even consider re-delivery because that ends at 2pm on a Saturday and the pick up depot closes at 12. I was also informed that the next re-delivery day was now Tuesday, unless I wanted to drive 30 minutes to pick it up. This service is a shambles and needs to be sorted out. If I, the customer, have requested it be left somewhere, it should be done. As well, surely on a weekend when the majority of people will require customer service they should be open later than 12pm? Ridiculous. If you want to send a parcel and have it arrive on time, use someone else.

Good Service! but sneaky...

Very good company and very easy to use, annoying however how you can't choose when to get paid, it is set to Thursdays (which cleverly means the bank has your money over the weekend).

Hi Callum,

Thanks for taking the time to write a review, we're really glad to hear you're enjoying Quidco. We have found that most of our members receive their funds on a Friday, it depends which bank you're with. I personally have a savings account and just get my Quidco funds paid in there, that way they're ready for the weekend!

Many thanks,
