Printerland - the very best in customer service and prices. - need I say more.

I use as my main source for toners. With so much competition nowadays (and cold calling sales representatives) it is refreshing to have someone down to earth, knowledgeable and willing to help on the phone. I've never ever had any isues with orders, in either quality or level of service. With these next day means next day.

In terms of pricing they want your business. they offered to price match me if I could get it anywhere else with the item in stock.

Dealing with them in any way is a pleasure. On one instance a parcel hadnt arrived first thing, My first instinct was to call customer services to see if anything had gone wrong. Even though it was only 1pm. Yes I was so used to the deliveries being so good I thought there had been a mistake. Naturally someone else in my company had signed for the toners and not told me... a bit embarrasing with support but they were really helpfull and understanding all the way.

Whats this, icing on the cake... after the missing parcel debacle last week I had an email from the printerland team chasing me up on this, making sure I had everything I need and that all items are OK. This is 1st tier customer service and the reason i'm writing this review.

They have a lot to teach much bigger companies on how to deal with customers.
