It was my grandmothers 77th Birthday last month so I decided to order some flowers online as she lives in Liverpool and I am in London, therefore it was not an option to take flowers to her. Unfortunately I came across this god awful company! Ordered the flowers on the 16th April to be delivered on the 17th April, after waiting in the house for 2 days my grandmother finally received them on the 19th April! This company send flowers in the post rather than with a courier! I was utterly embarrassed when my grandmother called me to say thanks but how awful the flowers were; they were dying a horrible death and looked nothing like the pictures! After contacting Natasha at Bloomin Delightful she confirmed another lot of flowers would be sent, another 2 days went past, and my Grandmother was unable to go out AGAIN! If only we had realised that we would still be waiting for these flowers a month later!!!!!!!! So as any unhappy customer would I emailed Natasha (as they do not have a telephone number!) asking for a refund and low and behold the email address bounced back... I have been trying to contact them for the last 3 weeks and the emails keep bouncing back! I will most definitely be reading reviews in future! This company have probably changed their name and will keep doing the same in the future! If they do re-open STAY AWAY!!!!!!
