However their couriers Yodel are useless.
The instructions stated leave by the back gate. There was a note also on the front door that a neighbour would sign if required. Guess what? The delivery was not left and a card was put through the door. This card was not scanned or filled in. I tried to enter the bar code on phone 3 times but it was not recognised, I then went on line and tried again, but it did not recognise the bar code again. I ended up phoning Yodel. After waiting 10 minutes @ 10p per minute. As suspected their incompetent driver who could not follow instructions, be bothered to fill out the card or even scan the bar code.
A request for an explanation return phone call from Yodel has been ignored.
