When it goes wrong, it goes wrong

Placed an order for three pieces of printed work, phoned to ensure artwork was received, when didn't arrived on delivery day, phoned to chase then they said didn't have artwork, some of it was resent, then still more problems, to sum it up one piece was printed three times before it was correct. Promised credit note fro inconvenience, still not arrived, after chasing numerous times

Had to chase for delivery numerous times, poor service

Had to chase my delivery several times, always promised that it was being dealt with, then to find out the Scabivax wasn't even in stock, they should have said this in the beginning, I will not be using them again
