i ordered an item from easylife group on 16th dec. phoned on 29th dec. was told my order was being prosessed which according to there recorded message says 24 hours.
phoned on 16th jan. they told me they would have to reorder and blamed the postoffice. if this is the way they treat customers i would not like to tell my friends about there service.ido not nkow what it cost me for phone but you never got through till about 8 mins.if you were lucky and if you phoned customer services which is double the price i just got cut of after ten mins.
