They say that they will give you a full refund if you are unhappy. I returned an un-open box to them as we didn't like the quality of the other items they had sent only to be sent pictures of a damaged item saying that they will not be refunding me any money. According to them I should take it up with the courier company and I should have inspected the item before returning it. Complete rip-off and bad quality of parts. Save your money and do not buy from them!


DO NOT TRUST THEM! Very bad customer service.

They are very very good at not delivering a parcel. The address on the system was incomplete so I called them up to update the driver. I was told that the driver could only be contacted at the depot. Which in itself is strange as one would assume that contacting the driver would be kind of important for a delivery company.

We waited all day and around luckily we were working on the outside of the building so we thought we would catch them. Around 5pm the delivery status shows as attempt made but now one contactable. I guess the invisible van was hard for us to spot!

This is not my first bad experience with Yodel. They previously lost a very important parcel.
