Very helpful and a quick service

The staff at boilerjuice were very helpful and friendly and answered all of my queries so that I was very comfortable with the process.
However, the driver of the company they used was an angry person and we had several complaints from our neighbours of his attitude.

bad experience with delivery service

Wiggle were fine with their process but the delivery service would not leave with neighbours or arrange outside monday to friday 9-5 delivery if no-one was home so in the end the products have been returned to wiggle and i will be ordering through a different online service with useable delivery options.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience that has been caused in this case Dale. We understand completely that it is difficult for some customers to be available between 9am and 5pm to receive deliveries which is why we have introduced a new Collect+ delivery service.

This service would be perfect for customers like you as the parcel is delivered to the Collect+ store and remains there for up to 10 working days until you are ready to collect at a time suitable for you.
