Sent a passport back to my partner to enable him to fly home on Saturday, sent it global express on the Tuesday the earliest they would guarantee it for was Friday despite their website saying next day to Canada.

5 days later the passport is still in England, it has been downgraded to global priority. 5 phonecalls later no one has told me why, numerous requests for people to call me back and not one has bothered.

Partner will not make flight now, $1000 wasted on that and $1000 loss on clients for the week due to him being self employed.

NEVER use this company is it a joke go with Fedex or carrier pigeon, even message in a bottle is more likely to make it!!

Not only is the service pathetic their customer service is non existent.
