Bad service

Wouldn't order from this company again had nothing but trouble, ordered a set of tiles fair enough they come in but were all broken apart from 4, I complained to company and got replacement tiles yet again they were broken so yet again I complaine and to this du I'm still waiting for my money val as I'm taking my service else where, the courier service is crap, paperwork wasn't provided

Poor service, poor customer service wouldnt use again or recommend to anyone

Your company shouldnt offer a time slot when it cannot be stuck to, i was told my bathroom suite would be delivered on the wednesday between 8am and 1pm it never come, i rang up that say day and the women said it would be here soon, by the time i arrived home from work still nothing so i contacted the company again and i was told it was never coming on the wednesday atall it would be here on the thursday after phoning after in the afternoon and a customer service lady saying it would be here soon, so yet again i was told by your company it would be here between 8 am and 1pm again yet again another day i got someone to sit in and wait it finally arrived at 6pm that night
i think customer service should be spoken to and not to promise a delivery time slot which cant be stuck to
as i say i had someone in waiting two days for delivery of this suite which i dont think is good enough .......

Secondly, please accept my apology for the transport company letting you down so badly on this occasion.

I have personally looked at your order after your review and I am awaiting a call back regarding why we had booked the delivery with them on the 16/5/2013 for a am slot yet they didn't manage to get it to yourself till the Thursday, the tracking log showed that it was being delivered as we had arranged so I fully apologize to you for having a wasted day waiting for them.

It is this kind of review that helps us as a growing company to make sure that all aspects of our business run smoothly for you our valued customer and on this occasion I am sorry our courier service has let you down.
