It took over a month and a couple of chase emails to customer support only to be informed the item I had purchased was out of stock. I am still waiting for a full refund which again I have had to chase. This experience has put me off buying anything here again even though their prices are very good. It is all very well advertising great prices but if you have to wait ages to be told its out of stock and then wait even longer for a refund then any discount is not cost effective for the purchaser.
Still no sign of a refund 2 months later. Having to file a complaint via Mastercard to get my money back. Despite sending me an email informing me my refund is on its way-IT IS NOT!
I am suggesting Mastercard consider the complete history of this company in the hope they withdraw its ability to permit them to take payments.
Forget trying WAE customer support-they are a joke.
I strongly suggest anyone considering buying from WAE research previous feedback on a number of review and financial websites. I wish I had. Getting goods and or a refund can prove ery tiresome.
I have been shopping on the internet for years and this has to be the worst purchasing experience to date. Please, please take my advice and buy elsewhere.
Its also interesting that WAE appear to try and 'block' all negative feedback, so it will be interesting to see just how long my review can be read.
AVOID. You have been warned!
DO SIGN THE ON-LINE PETITION AND ASSIST WHAT MANY OTHERS ARE DOING BY CONTACTING THE VARIOUS CONSUMER RIGHTS ORGANISATIONS.
If we all keep up the action we can get WAE to account for their activities.
