When placing an online order the item was in stock, however I had to phone Digico 5 working days later (as they don't open at weekends!) only to find they had "oversold the item". I was promised the item would be with me in 2-3 days time and someone would call me with a delivery date. Noone called so I called them back, this time I was told "it's the manufacturers fault they haven't been delivered". Wish they would make their mind up with their excuses. To top it off their website initially stated it took American Express, then said it didn't, then said it had taken my order when it actually hadn't. I had to wait over a whole weekend to place the order again as they don't open at weekends. I have since canceled my order as they are now saying delivery is at least 2 weeks away, however, they have already taken the money from my credit card!!!!!!!!!!! Just goes to prove, cheaper isn't always better - stay clear.
