my wife and i tried to book a weekend break to rome with last minute.com. when paying for the holiday the website told us that our booking could not be processed and to call in to speak to an advisor. the advisor told me that the holiday was now sold out so our booking was not processed. we booked through another company in the end only to find that last minute.com had taken a payment of £688 for the 'sold out' holiday. after lots of pointless arguing with the awful customer service team 'rude and unhelpful' i have been given a refund of £430 Over £250 Short! im still fighting to get this money back off this disgusting company!
