I paid a deposit but due to circumstances beyond my controll i had to cancel my request within 24 hours. I spoke to someone in customer services and she said they would initiate a refund. When i tried to get the refund on their website, it said i had to wait 10 days, after 10 days i tried again only to realize they dont refund anything, not their fees and not the transport company's 10% that i had paid! I spoke to the transport company and they told me that they dont get a penny, that Shiply keeps it all! I thought that it is bad enough them keeping their so called "introduction fee" but to keep money that was paid for a service that was not taken up, sounds strange to say the least. I guess they know that people wont go to take legal action for what is a relative small amount!

I ordered a Steam Mop through KGB, when the Mop never arrived, i wrote to KGB numerous emails asking for a refund, they did not even answer.If you want to use these sites stick to Groupon, i had a similar problem with one of their deals and they refunded me without any problems!I have now referred the case to my credit card provider. ...
I have now ordered twice and both times the items arrived well packaged within the promised time. Appealing site with great choice!
