I sent an order to printerinks.com on November 28, 2008 together with a cheque for £75.70 for various canon cartridges. I sent my order to that company on the basis that their site seemed very efficient and professional.
They paid my cheque into their bank account and it was debited to my account on December 09. I made a number of attempts to contact the company by telephone numerous times, and I also sent them a few emails for which I received automated acknowledgements.
I realise that it is only December 13 now, and as my cheque had to be paid before the goods were sent to me and it is the Christmas period perhaps I am being unfair to them. I feel uneasy regarding this company because I have not been able to speak to a real person by phone apart from listening to their recorded messages.
I urge you to take great care if you are thinking of doing business with this company, but of course they might have gone out of business in which case I expect I have lost my money. Good luck to you.
