Ordered New Drives, They shipped Used

I placed an order for new drives and my credit card was billed. 11 days later a packaged arrived with half my order, and the drives were obviously used, including someones inventory tag still on the drive.
I have tried to contact them multiple times without any response.
They have responded. It turns out that a item with a description of New Pull, is actually used.
Caveat Emptor
