I ordered an Outback BBQ which was delivered free the next day. When I put it together at the weekend I found that one of the cast iron grills was broken in two and the tray runners were bent. It's quite clear that this must have been thrown around or dropped in transit at some stage.
I telephoned Garden XL as soon as I could and their after-sales service was very good. I could have returned the faulty parts for replacement, but as they were less than half an hour's drive from my home I went there to get a replacement.
So, the service was good, I found a problem which wasn't of their making, but they sorted it out straight away, so I am a satisfied customer.
