I ordered a frame and prescription lenses. The total time from order to receipt of the product is 20 days. The UPS tracking number sent was problematic as no info was available online from UPS. However the customer support person (Kelly) was very helpful and yes my glasses arrived on the day as she informed me. I had another support person whose service was nothing to write about. So, without Kelly, this would not have been a positive experience. (She deserves some serious recognition.) Overall, the glasses are very nice (genuine, I can't comment on the previous review that the frame is fake), the lenses are good quality (I paid for the expensive AR and hi-index polycarbonate, and there is definitely AR coating), and the total cost is very competitive. I am satisfied though they took a week longer than other merchants. And Coolframes should promote Kelly to support manager as she knows the paradigm: the customers come first (because without us, the business would not exist).
