I bought 2 shampoos from Kérastase instead of 1 because I could get a free mascara as an offer, if I bought 2 shampoos... When i checked the basket at the final step i saw that the mascara was there but as soon as I completed the order it disappeared... I wrote an email to the customer-team the following day but they told me that it was out of their hands because the order was dispatched... so i waited and when the package came there was no mascara... I wrote to the team and got absolutely no help at all, they just told me that they wouldn't send me the mascara and that I could send the items back but that i had to pay for the shipping eventhough THEY messed things up... i paid for that "free" mascara by taking 2 shampoos instead of 1... When I told them how unfair their method is, that i have been a loyal customer for a very long time and that it is cheating their customers I just received another copy-paste answer that they could not help and that "they were sorry for any convenience caused" .... WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU LF-people?! you obviously don't give a **** about your customers... Such a shame, you're loosing customers when you're treating them bad and cheating them for things they paid for!
Jeg har fløjet flere gange med selskabet og har endnu ikke oplevet at de fløj til tiden. Sidst jeg fløj med dem var de forsinkede mange timer og smed min baggage væk. Efter at have været 3-4 timer ude i lufthavnen for at finde min kuffert måtte jeg opgive, vi fik lavet en anmeldelse ved en virkelig ubehagelig mand som ikke gjorde noget som helst for at hjælpe os med at finde kufferten. Jeg var efterhånden blevet meget dårlig da jeg var syg af bronkitis og havde brug for hurtigt at komme hjem, men de ville ikke give mig en taxa som kompensation. Den forsinkede rejse fik jeg heller ikke kompensation fra.
Idag er de så igen forsinkede fra Kbh-Aalborg næsten 3 timer! det er ikke rimeligt. De pisser deres kunder op og ned af ryggen og når man henvender sig til dem får man bare svaret "Vi mener ikke du har ret til kompensation" og bum så er butikken lukket derfra. Selskabet fortjener ikke engang 1 stjerne, de burde skamme sig!
