Poor after sale support

I bought a monitor but the website changed my delivery address to my billing address, I immediately contacted them to change the delivery address but they said that this was not possible after the sale. Seriously? Within one hour of the sale being made?

There is also no support after 5pm or at all over the weekend. Really annoying company, poor website payment layout, the account button sends you back to the main page, so you cant look at your account. The Tracking service doesnt work either. Not user friendly at all, i wont be buying from them again.

I have just seen your review.
To dispatch parcels as soon as possible and ensure quick delivery, orders can be put into preparation almost immediately.
Addresses cannot be changed once the order is transferred to the warehouse I'm afraid.
